| Imebaki Story - Hardmad - Dec 2010
![]() Hardmad is ready for a hardcore comeback at the Tanzanian and International music scene. His style is a vibrant mix of reggae and dancehall and he is known as an energetic entertainer who is capable of singing both in a hard hitting ragga style, but also in a smooth laid back reggae vibe. The new album Imebaki Story contains both traditional roots reggae tracks and harder dancehall tracks, but a couple of acoustic songs with only guitar and percussion has also found its way to the album. The many guest artists as Enika, Karen Mukupa (ZAM/DK), Vqee (KE) and Phantom will make the album a interesting and diverted experience. Imebaki Story is setting a new standard for Tanzanian reggae and dancehall releases… Hardmad is a well-known artist at the Tanzanian Bongo Flava scene and he released his debut album already in 2001. He is now working hard promoting his new album “Imebaki Story” and preparing for his tour next year. Live, Hardmad is known to deliver energetic performances that will catch the audience until he stops… He does shows both with his new band Kaka Zao, but he also performs with a DJ or sound system with backing vocalists and dancers. We will find the right solution for every event or venue. Imebaki Story will be for sale at the Novel Idea Bookshops and other various places.
