Maisha Compilation 2008 is the first release from Maisha Music. The album is a mix of different upcoming artists based in Tanzania and provides a taste of forthcoming releases from Maisha Music. The album is only for sale online through iTunes and many other European music sites.
 All the songs are produced, arranged and mixed by Jakob Poll and the album is mastered by Anders Schumann, Studio C4, Denmark. All the vocals are recorded at 41 Recordz, Tanzania. Artwork by Signe Ravn and Lena Nicolajsen. Flute on “Usingizi” recorded by Jeppe Federspiel at Providers Studio. Guitar on “Ujio Mpya” recorded by Niels Christian Grønlykke.
